17 June, 2010 - Please note that Powertel is having a few problems with one of their links, hence this is causing slow browsing. Their Technical team is working on it and will advise when they are up and running.

17 June, 2010 - Please noted that the iWayAfrica Kopje Base Station if currently down and is affecting all those on Kopje Sectors. Our team is working on it and it should be up in 30 minutes.

March 26, 2010 - There have been numerous complaints regarding speed when downloading mail. Unfortunately this was an intermittent problem and was therefore more difficult to identify. We believe we have managed to isolate the cause and rectify it and look forward to your feedback. We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused you and have put in measures to prevent its reoccurrence.

We have also received queries from customers using other access provider platforms to connect to the iWay portal. Please be aware that if you are connecting through another access or mobile provider’s service you are utilizing their bandwidth and network. As a result problems you may experience accessing the iWay portal may not be related to us in any way.

March 19, 2010 - To all Bulawayo UHF customers please be advised that there will be maintenance work carried out on the UHF platform tomorrow Saturday 20th March from 10am – noon. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
